Every room, done to a checklist
Apartments work hard. One bathroom for everyone, a kitchen with two feet of counter and a living room that doubles as the office. We clean every room to a room-by-room checklist, so nothing gets skipped just because the space is small.
- Kitchen: counters and backsplash, stovetop, microwave inside and out, outside of appliances, sink and faucet, cabinet fronts and floors.
- Bathroom: toilet, tub and shower, hard water spots on glass and fixtures, mirror, sink, counter and floor.
- Bedrooms: dusting, beds made, floors vacuumed or mopped.
- Living areas: shelves, tables and the TV stand dusted, couch straightened, floors done edge to edge.
- Throughout: light switches, door handles, cobwebs and trash.
- Extras on request: inside the oven or fridge, inside cabinets, interior windows, baseboards, blinds, laundry, linens, dishes, walls and doors.

Apartment cleaning questions
Do you clean studios and one-bedroom apartments?
Yes. We clean studios, one-bedrooms and larger units up to three bedrooms. Small spaces get the same room-by-room checklist as a full house.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
No. Plenty of renters are at work during the visit. Share your gate code, parking details and how to get into the unit, and we keep those entry notes on file for every visit.
What about gated communities and guest parking?
Tell us the gate code or call box steps, where guest parking is and whether we need a permit. If your community uses an app for guest passes, a recurring pass for your cleaner makes regular visits simple.
Can you do a move-out clean for my apartment?
Yes. We do move-out cleans for empty apartments and can add inside the oven, inside the fridge, inside cabinets, blinds and baseboards. Every lease is different, so check yours for what your property expects.
Do you bring your own supplies?
We do. If you have a favorite product, or something we should use for a family member with sensitivities, let us know and we will use yours.
How do I get a price?
